  • Will I get a confirmation for a reservation booked on your site?

  • On booking a reservation with Marvel Trip Limited, you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS giving a confirmation of the booking.

  • Once I book a flight reservation, am I supposed to call you for a confirmation?

  • The confirmation is not required, but for your satisfaction you can login to the “My Bookings” section to get all the relevant details. You can also contact our Customer Care Team at the call center number mentioned on the “Contact Us” page.

  • Is it necessary to re-confirm my flight before the due departure?
  • A
  • Re-confirmation of flight before departure is not needed in case of domestic flights. However, you should reconfirm your flight if it’s an international one.

  • How should I go about confirming my seat assignments?
  • A
  • The seat assignment facility is offered only for the business class travelers or frequent fliers. While making a flight booking, there is an option of seat choice. If the option is missing (for whatever reason), you can logon to the web site of the respective airline, do a web check-in and opt for a seat of your choice. However, seat assignment facility can also be asked for at the check-in counter of the respective airline.

  • Would I have to bear some cancellation charges if I cancel a flight booked on Marvel Trip Limited?

  • Every Airline has its own cancellation policy and charges which can be found on the booking page while you make a booking. You should check out the “Fare Rules” that are applicable on a booking in order to get the entire detail about the cancellation policy of a particular airline. For canceling a flight booked with Marvel Trip Limited through our call centre, a standard cancellation charge of Rs.200 applies in addition to the airline’s cancellation charges.

  • I want to cancel my flight reservation, how can I do so?

  • The flights booked on Marvel Trip Limited can be cancelled offline or online.
    Offline Flight Cancellation: You can cancel your flight booking by contacting us at 1800-103-8833, our 24x7 Customer Care number. You need to pay a standard sum of Rs.200 for all the offline cancellations over and above the cancellation charge of the airlines.

  • Online Flight Cancellation: Online cancellation is possible for any domestic flight booked with us, except GoAir and Paramount, 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight. (International flights can be cancelled offline only). You need to login to the “My Bookings” section present on our Web site’s (www.marveltriplimited.com) homepage. Click on the “Flight Bookings” link on the left hand menu, it will show complete record of your booking history with Marvel Trip Limited.com. Your are next required to click on the Marvel Trip Limited Reference Number for the particular booking you want to cancel and then click on the “Cancel Flight” tab. You are then required to review and confirm the details prior to the final cancellation. The processing time for Online cancellation of flights is usually within 12 hours. A standard cancellation charge of Rs. 200 applies for Online cancellations in addition to the airline’s cancellation charges. If you are unable to follow the online guidelines you should opt for offline flight cancellation.

  • Yes, one can amend a flight reservation by contacting our Customer Care Team at 1800-103-8833.

  • Is there a maximum limit for booking seats at one time?

  • You can book a maximum number of 9 seats at one time. To book for a greater number of travelers (more than 9) you are required to repeat the booking process accordingly.

  • What is an e-ticket?

  • E-ticket stands for an electronic airline ticket issued for the passengers instead of the traditional paper ticket. Every e-ticket has a unique confirmation number.

  • The passenger is required to take a print out of the e-ticket and produce it at the concerned airline counter to check-in.

  • Where can I check my e-ticket details?

  • While making a flight booking you provide us with your e-mail ID. Your e-ticket details are mailed to you on this e-mail ID. To reprint your e-ticket, click on the “My Bookings” section located at the right hand corner, choose the option “flight bookings”, you can either select your Name which was used for the booking or the booked PNR to take a print out.

  • I have an e-ticket, what should I do with it to get my boarding pass?

  • You simply need to show your e-ticket unique confirmation number and the confirmation e-mail to the airline representative at the airline’s check-in counter to get a boarding pass.

  • Is it mandatory for me to show my e-ticket confirmation e-mail at the check-in counter?

  • No, it is not mandatory for you to give your e-ticket confirmation e-mail at the check-in counter. Even if you forget carrying it with you, ensure that you carry an identity proof with your photograph (passport, driver’s license etc.) to be shown to the airline representative present at the check-in counter.
    However, you are recommended to carry your e-ticket confirmation e-mail along with your e-ticket number.

  • In case my paper tickets are lost or stolen, what should I do?

  • If you lose your paper tickets or they get stolen, you should intimate us about it by sending us an e-mail immediately. On receiving your e-mail we will process a lost-ticket application for you. Most of the times, the airlines ask the passenger to repurchase the replacement tickets at the existing/ current fares. If this happens, we assist you by facilitating the sale of the tickets. Also, if your lost or stolen tickets are not used by someone until a fixed time, generally 3-4 months, then depending on the airline a credit equal to the purchase value of the replacement tickets is given as a credit to you, but only after the application fee has been deducted and difference of taxes is levied if any at that time. The application fee varies from airline to airline. Please be reminded that the airline policies and application fee are subject to change at any point of time. Once you write to us, our travel expert will provide you the latest information regarding the concerned airline. As stated earlier, every airline has its own policies and rules for replacement tickets. Marvel Trip Limited is bound to all such rules, regulations and policies of the airlines and adheres to them.

  • What is the entire Booking Procedure for a Tour?

  • Once you decide on a particular tour, you are required to fill up the online booking form giving complete details of the below:

    • Full names of all the passengers

    • Age and number of children accompanying you (if any)

    • Exact Check-in and check-out dates
    • d.
    • Flight Details (preferred Airline, if any; alternate traveling date, if any; departure time and time of arrival at the destination.
    • Your signature is also required on the duly filled form.

  • How do I know if my hotel booking is confirmed?

  • The moment your hotel booking is confirmed with us you will get a confirmation e-mail or SMS about the same.

  • I booked a hotel through your site, should I confirm my booking?
  • A
  • It is not necessary to confirm your booking but in case you still want to verify the status, you can either write to our Customer Care Team or contact them. However, Offline Bookings require an e-mail/ call for confirming the booking.

  • Can I make changes in my hotel booking?

  • You can make changes in your hotel bookings by contacting and informing our Customer Care team on 1800-103-8833.

  • What is the cancellation policy for hotels booked on your site?

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the booking: Processing fee would vary as per the policy of hotels within India and abroad. As it depends on seasonality of business also.

    Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the booking: 1-night retention charge +processing fee. However, it may also vary as per the hotels policy. One must check the terms and condition of respective hotels while bookings for the cancellation policy mentioned over there.

    Cancellations post check-in date: No Refund

    Please note that depending on the cancellation policy of the hotel, some tariffs may fall under the non-refundable category. Also, the applicable taxes will be charged as well.

  • What is the refund procedure?

  • Refunds for both domestic and International hotels will be made only in India and in INR as per the RBI rules and regulations. However, the refund for cancellation of bookings for the International hotels will be paid only after we get the credit advice from our concerned associates present overseas, this process may take a maximum of 60 days starting from the date we receive your written request in addition to all the documents needed to take an action from our end.

  • Do the Hotel prices remain consistent throughout the year?

  • The Hotel tariff is fixed in advance (6 months to 1 year). During low-occupancy periods/ off season the hotels have the discretion to reduce/ slash down the prices and offer special discounts. Marvel Trip has no say in this process and thus cannot be held accountable for any loss or serve as a basis for refund or any legal action against us.
